- UB 101-36 can be processed over the wire range 0.05 to 2.0 mm.
- UB 101-36 enamelled wires are recommended for all types of electrical machines such as electric hand tools, house-hold machines, high voltage A.C. and D.C. machines, induction motors, contactor coils, transformers etc. for thermal class 130.
- UB 101-36 have excellent heat shock coupled with balanced mechanical and electrical properties.
- It is made sure that any restricted substances listed in Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive (2002/95/EC) is not used in the making of UB 101-36.
- UB 101-36 is generally used on vertical and horizontal machines with felt and die wiping methods as it is characterised as a medium viscosity wire enamel.
- UB 115 is recommended for viscosity reduction & cleaning.
