- UB 533 39 enamelled wires are recommended for all types of rotating & static electrical machines.
- The enamelled wires fully meet specification requirements of IS 3730-8 / IEC 60317-8 (Polyesterimide enamelled round copper wires, Class 180). Dual coated wires of UB 533 39-.. as a base coat with top coat of Polyamide-imide enamels, such as, AI 1013 BV/.. or Allotherm 602L -.. conform to IS 13730- 13/IEC 60317-13. UL recognized under UL file No. E135382
- UB 533 39 has low viscosity; suitable for processing of medium to fine wires by felt wiping.
- UB 533 39 is characterised by balanced properties. It also offers excellent resistance to hot transformer oil and refrigerants
- It is made sure that any restricted substances listed in Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive (2002/95/EC) is not used in the making of UB 533 39.
- UB 533 39 is medium viscosity enamel suitable for die wiping applications on modern high speed plants having > 100 VD.
- UB 115 is recommended for viscosity reduction & cleaning.
