- UB 543 38 FL enamelled wires are recommended for all types of rotating & static electrical machines.
- The enamelled wires fully meet specification requirements of IS 3730-8 / IEC 60317-8. Dual coated wires of UB 543 38 FL-.. as a base coat with top coat of Polyamide-imide enamels, such as, AI 1013 BV/.. or Allotherm 602L -.. conform to IS 13730- 13/IEC 60317-13 for enamelled round copper wires, class 200.
- UB 543 38 FL coated wires offer improved flexibility and adherence to copper, excellent resistance to hot transformer oil & refrigerants, good burn out resistance, high cut through temperature at high processing speed & high tan delta, and Wide curing range gives an added advantage of flexibility of processing.
- It is made sure that any restricted substances listed in Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive (2002/95/EC) is not used in the making of UB 543 38 FL.
- UB 543 38 FL is generally used on both Horizontal & Vertical enamelling plants with die wiping.
- UB 543 38 FL can be processed over the wire range 0.05 to 1.0 mm.
- UB 115 is recommended for viscosity reduction & cleaning.
